No. All sessions are conducted fully clothed with zero disrobing required. You remain comfortable and private throughout.

Comfortable, loose clothing. Yoga pants or sweatpants with a soft t-shirt are ideal. Avoid stiff fabrics or tight waistbands that restrict breathing.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any reschedule or cancellation. This allows us to offer the time to another client who may be waiting for care.
